Universal Stainers
Universal Stainers are supplied in 12 different shades like Blue, Green, Red, Yellow,
Orange,Black etc. All shades are manufactured from finest grade of pigments to give
bright and light fast colours.
These colours are highly concentrated and very little quantity is sufficient to
get different enchanting Shades of your choice. All colours are inter miscible and
you can imagine any colour of your choice. As the name suggests, these colours are
miscible in Oil Paints as well as in Distempers, Plastic Emulsion Paints, Lime Wash,
Cement Paint, Exterior Paints. However, care is to be taken not to exceed 5% Stainer
quality in any paint.
These are Water-based colours. These are non-toxic and does not affect the skin
Standard packing is- 12 Bottles of 100g in a box and 12 boxes in outer bigger box.
Machine Tinters
Relatively new concept in decorative painting.
These tinters are made from highly stable pigments which are not affected by atmospheric
variations, like UV rays, Temperature variations etc.
The tinters are highly concentrated and very small Quantity is required to set the
desired shade.
Theses tinters can be used for extetior acrylic paints also.
The tinters are miscible in Plastic paints, Distempers, Exterior paints etc. They
impart very bright colours.
Available in 1 Liter packing
One box contains 6 tins

Cement Colours
Cemment colours are displayed in different shapes like Red, Yello, Cream, Brown,
Blue, Green & Black.
These shades are based on natural oxide colours and pigments which are weather resistant.
They impart very good colours to concrete and are light fast in nature. there properties
are such that if withstands the alkanity of cement And lime.
The cement colours are used in concretes for pavers, Flooring Material Etc.
The Colours are supplied under brand name"M".
the standard packing is 20 Kg printed polythelene / Jute Bag
Epoxy Paints
EPOXY, RED / OXIDE, ZINC / CHROME PRIMER, ZINC / PHOSPHATE PRIMER
Epoxy Primers contaning anticorrosive pigments like zinc - chrome, zinc - phosphate,
pigment, have excellent adhesion to steel, suitably treated light alloys or gulvanised
surface.
These pigments enhances the corrosion of the epoxy system in a chemical environment.
there are three types.
Yellow, Grey and , Red oxide
The former is based on pure Zinc - Chrome/ Zinc Phosphate, the latter has Iron Oxide
Red apart from Zinc -Chrome.
EPOXY FINISH COAT, POLYAMIDE / POLYAMINE
These are high perfomance two compound glossy enamel especially formulated by using
selected weather & chemical resistance pigments.
They form the finish coat in the heavy duty coating sustem for metal and masonary
surface for exterior and interior use..
Epoxy Finishers are applied for their durability and protection, to avoid corrosion.
these coating have mild acid and alkali rsistance. it can be applied to storages
tanks coantaining chemicals and petroleum products.

P.U Paints
Heat Resistant Aluminium paints
Heat Resisting Silicone Paint is supplies in readymixed form to use it and is based
on Silicon Resin. this can withstand temprature between 450 degree C to 500 degree
C.
Application:-
1. For painting of heavy equipments and vessels to provide dry heat resistance.
2. Interior / Exterior of chimneys.
3. Chemical Units , Refineries Etc.
Surface preparation:-
The Surface to be painted should be free from dust, rust, grease & loose material
for the best result. Sandblasting of the surface is the best method of the surface
preparation. No Primer should be applied to the surface before application.

for the best result. The steel surfaces or concrete or other should be coated with
coated 2 coats of Mark 3 Red Oxide Zinc - Chrome Primer followed by 2 coats of CHLORO
Rubber Based Paints.
